Alena Golovchenko

Vice President

Alena Golovchenko is a Vice President with Auxo Investment Partners. She has 9 years of professional experience spanning investment banking, M&A transaction diligence, and public accounting. Ms. Golovchenko’s primary responsibilities include sourcing of investment opportunities, deal execution, due diligence, and financing.

Prior to joining Auxo, Alena was an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays Investment Bank in Chicago. At Barclays, Alena was responsible for advising and executing M&A transactions and debt/equity capital raises. She primarily focused on Insustrials and Business Services companies and worked on multiple debt raises as well as on buy and sell-side advisory engagements.

Alena started her career as a public accountant at Ersnt & Young where she worked on audits of both public and private companies across a diverse set of industries. She then transitioned as a Manager to an M&A Transaction Diligence role with Ernst & Young in the New York office where she led financial diligence efforts on 20+ deals for companies in packaging, steel industry services, transportation, pet supplies, and consumer products companies among others.

Alena holds a BS in Commerce from University of Virginia with concentrations in Accounting and Business Management and an MBA from University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a concentration in Finance. Alena is a Certified Public Accountant and lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband.
