Fred Tedori

Managing Partner

Fred Tedori is a Managing Partner of Auxo Investment Partners. Mr. Tedori brings nearly four decades as an accomplished entrepreneur, experienced industrial operator and seasoned private equity investor to the firm. He has significant and successful experience founding and growing industrial and financial services companies and as a passive private equity investor in diverse industries and investment types.

Prior to founding Auxo, Fred was the founder and CEO of numerous industrial companies including Plastibag, an innovative manufacturer of high density/high molecular weight polyethylene film and bags; U.S. Tape, a manufacturer of blown film, adhesives and coating for the industrial tape market; and Enterplast, an international petrochemicals supplier in 103 countries where he continues to serve as Chairman and CEO.

He has also been a founder and board member of a number of financial services companies including Republic Bank Kingwood, a regional commercial bank eventually sold to Sterling Bank; Bank of Houston, a regional commercial bank eventually sold to Independent Bank of Texas; and Texas Commerce Bank (now part of JP Morgan Chase), a regional commercial bank eventually sold for $1.2B in what was then the largest interstate bank merger in history.

Fred has also been a passive investor in more than 35 discrete companies in manufacturing, industrial distribution, business services, real estate and technology industries.

Fred holds an MBA and a BS Chemistry from Temple University. He and his wife have five children and reside in Monarch Beach, CA.
